Shipping

Orders are prepared at our Guangzhou fulfillment location within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery

• Orders ship with FedEx or another trusted tracked international carrier.
• Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and begin after the order is dispatched.
• A tracking link is sent when the carrier accepts the parcel.
• Remote areas, customs inspections, severe weather, and peak periods can extend delivery time.

Duties And Taxes

Import duties, taxes, and carrier handling charges are not included unless checkout explicitly says otherwise. The customer is responsible for destination-country charges.

Address Changes

Use the Contact page immediately if an address needs correction. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment.

Delayed Or Missing Packages

If tracking has not updated for 7 business days or a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us with the order number. We will open a carrier investigation and provide the available resolution after the investigation.
