Refund Policy

Contact DC Plus Wear within 14 days of delivery before returning or sending any item. To be eligible for an authorized return, the product must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition with tags and packaging.

Starting A Request

Contact us through our contact page or at [xianglongdavid@gmail.com](mailto:xianglongdavid@gmail.com). Include the order number, the item, the requested resolution, and clear photos when an item is damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the listing.

Incorrect, Damaged, Or Defective Items

If we confirm that an item was wrong, damaged, or defective when delivered, DC Plus Wear will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution without charging the customer for our error.

Size And Preference Issues

Supplier size labels can differ from typical US or EU sizing. Customers should review the garment measurements and Fit Guide before ordering. Size or preference requests are reviewed individually. Available resolutions may include an exchange, store credit, partial refund, or an authorized return.

Return Authorization And Shipping

Do not send items to the dispatch address. When a physical return is approved, we will provide the correct instructions. Unauthorized parcels may be refused.

Original shipping charges, import duties, taxes, and customer-paid return postage are not refundable unless required by applicable law or the item was wrong, damaged, or defective. Low-value international cases may be resolved without a physical return when return transportation is commercially unreasonable; this is decided case by case.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank or payment-provider processing times may apply after the refund is submitted.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in the customer's jurisdiction.
